Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with all labels and packaging intact. The reason for a return/refund must also be due to either issues with the product or your order (eg missing item), you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@kanvascape.co.nz. Please note that we do not cover the return postage.

After reviewing your return request and deeming it eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds Due to Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at returns@kanvascape.co.nz if after receiving your order the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate compensation. Sufficient proof will be required and the compensation for each dispute will depend on the issue.

 

Returns and Refunds Due to Other Reasons

Unfortunately, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind.

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer refunds in the rare occasion that the product condition is fit for sale again. This includes being in its original product packaging and not being used or tampered with in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items or items purchased using discount codes

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at inquiry@kanvascape.co.nz
